How many people on the boat?
It depends on the number of people that go on the date you choose to go, We will know the exact number at 9 pm on the previous day before the travel date. However, We keep maximum 22 people on the boat if we use 2 Engine boat and 33 people on the boat for 3 engine boat.
Do we need to bring our passport with us on the trip?
No, you don’t need the original passport. But We do need the copy or digital copy of your passport. You can keep the picture of your passport on your mobile phone. We will need it for your insurance registration when you are on our departure pier.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you book through our website or direct booking with our representative via phone/chat to +66818720039 then your booking entitled to get:
- Full refund up to 48 hours before travel date.
- 50% refund for 24 hours before travel date.
- No refund after less than 24 hours, but you will be able to change the date.

Is that any snorkeling activity on Phang Nga Bay trip?
There is no proper snorkeling activity on Phang Nga Bay trip as the main activity this trip is canoeing on the cave. However, we will still be visiting a white sandy beach in Koh Yao for relaxing on the beach or swimming on the beach.
Do you pick-up everywhere in Phuket?
Yes, we do pick up everywhere in Phuket and the price you paid for this trip will be including the round trip transfer for all of our trip. Another pick-up place out of Phuket Island will have additional cost depend on the location, please contact us for more details.
How many days before the trip you recommend to book?
We recommend you book as early as possible due to securing your seat as during 1 November – 31 April is High Season in Phuket then we often got no spot left to accept the last minute booking.
